Fortis Insurance Belgium is actively searching a project leader to lead a development team developing desktop and server applications in VB.NET and ASP.NET
Required knowledge and experience

education
University graduate
Personal skills
Mandatory: Dynamic, analytic, synthetic
Preferable:
Business experience required
Mandatory:
Preferable: Knowledge in insurance or accounting
applications
Technical experience required
Mandatory: Knowledge of application development (in VB, C
or Java)
Preferable: Knowledge of VB.NET, SQL Server, SAS
Functional experience required
Mandatory: 3 years of professional experience in functional
design and project leading
Preferable:
Objective of the job
Lead a project team (4 to 6 people)
Participate as a key-analyst at different projects
Collaborate with the architect to elaborate the impact analysis and the design of the solution
Realize the functional design documents
Define and follow the test plan
Coach and follow the developers
Manage the boundaries with other IS teams
Report to the IS team leader and the client
Location : Brussels
Languages : Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus.
Start date : ASAP
