We are currently recruiting for an interim IT Operations manager for a London based PCT. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-going delivery of the basic support service within agreed SLAs, focusing on availability of core services and responsiveness to user incidents and problems. Day-to-day operational management, Maintain an effective Service Desk, Monitor events, Meet SLAs, Account Management, IT Service Continuity Management(ITSCM), IT Security, Management duties.
